Frequently asked questions
Is Fairhem free?
Yes. The budget, the fair split and the tax calculator are free, and your partner can view the budget. Fairhem Plus lets you edit it together, adds scenarios, longer plans, unlimited goals and parental leave planning for 49 kr a month per household.
How is the split calculated?
By default each person pays the same share of the shared costs as their share of the household's total net income. If you earn 60 % of the total, you pay 60 %. You can also choose, per expense, to split by income after each person's own costs, so you both have the same amount left over, equally, or that one person pays.
